Secure sign-in

Everything is managed from the account menu at the top right → Login & profile. At the top you see at a glance whether two-step verification is on, how many passkeys you have, how many devices you are signed in on and your last sign-in.

Profile and password

  • Profile: name and sign-in email. To change the name click Edit, then Save profile.
  • Password: click Change password, enter the current one and the new one and confirm. Sessions open on other devices are closed.

Forgot your password? On the sign-in page click Forgot your password? and follow the link we send you.

Passkeys

With a passkey you sign in with your device's fingerprint, face or PIN, without typing the password.

  1. Under Passkeys click Add passkey, enter a name to recognise it (e.g. "Work iPhone") and confirm.
  2. Confirm on the device.

To sign in click Sign in with a passkey on the sign-in page. You can add one for each device and delete them from the ⋮ menu.

Two-step verification

It is always on: after the password we ask for a 6-digit code.

  • By email (default): the code arrives at your account email and is valid for 10 minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check spam or click Send the code again (after 60 seconds).
  • With an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy…): the app generates the code, no waiting for the email.
  • With a passkey no code is needed.

To use the app:

  1. Under Two-step verification click Turn on the app and enter your current password.
  2. Scan the QR code with the app and enter the 6-digit code, then Confirm and turn on.
  3. Keep the recovery codes: each one lets you in once if you lose your phone.

When signing in you can choose Remember this device for 30 days: on that device the code isn't asked for 30 days. With the app on you can always choose Get a code by email instead. If you turn off the app you go back to the code by email.

Connected devices

Under Connected devices you see where the account is open, with browser and system (e.g. "Chrome on Mac"), IP address and last use; Sign out the others closes all the others. To close a device you don't recognise use Sign out from its ⋮ menu, then change your password.
