Transfer code (outgoing)

To transfer a domain from SiteLyra to another provider you need the authorization code (auth code or AuthInfo).

1. Open Domains, click the domain name and then the Auth code tab.
2. Click Show code: we read it from the registry right then. Copy it and give it to the new provider.
3. Remove the theft protection, otherwise the transfer is refused.

The code is like a key to the domain: don't share it with anyone except the new provider.

The new provider starts the transfer. For many extensions the registrant receives an email to confirm.
